--> What if you chose a different route that actually supports your health through anti-cancer foods, herbs, exercise, sunlight and advanced naturopathic therapies? You might find, as many have found in the fields of naturopathic medicine and alternative medicine, that you can actually be cancer-free. You can cure cancer. Countless people, in fact, already have.
Curing your own cancer
When you cure cancer, it is no longer a question of whether you are going to live six months, two years, or five years. You get to live a normal life cancer-free. |
| To support the mind AND the body, visit a naturopathic physician who can offer you supportive, healing therapies that offer real solutions without destroying your health in the process.
The mind makes it real
There have been many, many documented cases where a doctor or an oncologist told patients they had some particular disease, then the patient spontaneously developed consistent observable symptoms of that disease, even creating skin lesions, warts, or tumors. |

Visit naturopaths, or at least a medical doctor who promotes a naturopathic philosophy of supporting your health rather than trying to take it over with drugs and chemicals.
Don't automatically believe your doctor
I do not mean to say all MD's are automatically bad, just the vast majority of them. Some break the mould and understand what true healing is all about. They just happen to have gone to medical school, too. You have to check these people out. Do not believe any doctors when they look at some x-ray or lab test and then say you have six months to live. This is a death sentence. |
We in naturopathic medicine have this theme called vis medicatrix naturae which is "the healing power of nature."
Mike: And you mentioned lifestyle changes as well -- what percentage of the health problems that people are experiencing today do you think can be treated with lifestyle changes?
Dr. Pizzorno: I think we have a range from what therapies are curative versus those that help the patients become healthier, but don't necessarily clear up the disease. So every patient who comes to see me, virtually everyone who comes to see a naturopathic doctor, can have their health improved. |
| There are also two schools in Canada -- the Ontario College of naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, and then there's the Boucher College of naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, British Columbia. Dr. Boucher used to be one of my teachers, as was Dr. Bastyr.
You've been reading part one of a five-part interview with Dr. Joseph Pizzorno, the founding president of Bastyr University. Dr. Pizzorno was appointed by President Clinton in December 2000 to the White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Policy. |
You cannot choose conventional medicine for six months then hope to switch successfully to naturopathic medicine or alternative medicine after you have been maimed, harmed, and poisoned by your doctor or your oncologist.
It is important to make the switch before ever being poisoned. Embrace natural medicine from day one and you'll never have to endure the permanent damage of chemotherapy, the extremely harmful side effects of pharmaceuticals, or the lifetime maiming and scar tissue associated with surgery. |
| In my personal opinion, based on more than 5,000 hours of research into nutrition and disease prevention, I believe this product is a genuine cure for many cancers, and I urge anyone battling cancer to investigate this product and work with their naturopathic physician to incorporate this product into their own natural therapies. I have no financial ties whatsoever with the company and do not earn anything from the sale of this product. The FDA and AMA would strongly disagree with my opinions.

Many holistic and naturopathic doctors treat CTS with pyridoxine (vitamin B-6). It appears that pyridoxine metabolism may be affected by thyroid physiology, which might be why many thyroid patients have carpal tunnel syndrome and why CTS often resolves with WT3 therapy.
WTS Symptom Checklist
It's very helpful to have the patients fill out the WTS symptom checklist and put a numerical score for every symptom they have. That way they'll be able to evaluate the progress they're making, as their symptoms resolve. |
| This protocol section focuses on the main conditions that are successfully treated with naturopathic medicine.
Male
ţ Hypogonadism: Male hypogonadism is the inability of the testes to produce adequate testosterone. It can arise as a result of genetic, environmental, or physiological causes. Conservative estimates reveal that 20% of men may have this condition, but other sources say that the occurrence could be much higher.
Female
ţ Endometriosis: Endometriosis is a common and often painful disorder of the female reproductive system. |
| However, androgen replacement is effective in reversing symptoms, though it may not restore fertility. naturopathic approaches are very effective for functional low androgens and can improve sperm motility and quantity.
POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME
Signs and Symptoms
ţ Typically, patients present with amenorrhea and hirsutism
ţ Overweight or obese. A waist/hip ratio of 0. |
But a naturopathic physician believes in a holistic approach -- that all disease and all health is systemic. Back pain may be due to chronic dehydration. Sinus congestion may be due to dietary influences, such as the frequent consumption of cow’s milk or dairy products. Any pattern of symptoms or disease may have a number of influencing factors that are not necessarily local. And only a naturopathic physician can put together the pieces of the puzzle and arrive at a big-picture solution that can help you get well.
These are some of the many reasons why I strongly recommend ditching your M.D. |

Fire your drug-pushing vet and switch to a holistic or naturopathic animal care expert, even if they don't have the same licensing credentials as the drug-pushing vet. State authorities, you see, are trying to de-license naturopathic vets, and there's a big effort now to push naturopathic vets out of the industry. Sometimes you have to seek them out yourself and ignore state licensing boards (which are totally owned by Big Pharma, by the way). |
Most patients with lipid disorders respond well to a naturopathic program.
THYROID M ETABO LISM
DISORDERS
CONDITIONS
HYPERTHYROIDISM
ţ Graves' Disease: The most common form of hyperthyroidism (accounting for approximately 85% of hyperthyroidism) is Graves' disease. Graves' disease is an autoimmune condition in which the thyroid TSH receptors are continually stimulated by antibodies. This causes the thyroid gland to overproduce thyroid hormone. TSH production is regulated by a negative feedback loop, so if the thyroid is overactive, the pituitary gland will produce less TSH. |
But there’s another extremely important reason to visit a naturopathic physician instead of an M.D.: naturopathic physicians have a very different paradigm when it comes to the doctor-patient relationship and the fundamental causes of healing. In naturopathy, it is widely recognized that the patient is the healer, not the physician. Naturopathy has respect for the human body and its innate healing abilities. It seeks to assist the natural healing wisdom of the human body through natural approaches that never attempt to overtake or compromise the body’s own healing systems. |
| In contrast, a naturopathic physician will have at his or her disposal a wide variety of treatments and modalities that can help your condition. They might recommend homeopathic remedies, cranial-sacral work, body work, massage therapy, acupuncture, medicinal herbs, nutritional therapy, exercise programs, body strengthening through yoga or Pilates, flexibility training, or even elements from the world of vibrational medicine. So the naturopathic physician has a much larger toolbox, so to speak, from which to choose appropriate therapies and modalities that can offer you the greatest help. |
And we should have -- I know this is a dream that will unlikely come true, but our family practice doctors should be more like naturopathic doctors, and the conventional medicine, they primarily want to be specialists -- well, we should let them be specialists. That's the way their medicine works very well.
Mike: To change the subject here, how many NDs are there practicing in the U.S. now??
Dr. Pizzorno: There are about 2500 NDs in the country practicing in 14 states, they're licensed.
Mike: There are now 14 states that license?
Dr. Pizzorno: Right. |
| REPPED: Mike: For our readers who may not be familiar with naturopathic physicians, can you give a brief description of what an ND really is?
Dr. Pizzorno: Well, if you think about health care, there are kind of two basic philosophies -- one is kind of the interventionist philosophy seen by conventional medical doctors, where the role of the doctor is to diagnose that disease and treat that disease. |
| And they start learning, they start going to conferences, reading some of my books, for example, and they start practicing more like naturopathic doctors.
Mike: That's an excellent explanation, I think. People are often sending me e-mails and asking me about these diseases, and I always say, of course, go see an ND, but the right answer is, it depends on where you are in that process.
Dr. Pizzorno: Yes. |
| Mike: Do you think a naturopathic approach is having an impact of catching on in traditional medical schools?
Dr. Pizzorno: No question about it. I think most conventional schools now have at least one course on alternative medicine. Now, from my perspective, those courses are kind of survey or familiarization courses -- they don't actually teach much in the way of skill, but it's definitely become more present in conventional medical schools. Interestingly enough, I think it's primarily being driven by the students. |
Mike: Moving on to some of the contrasts between conventional medicine and naturopathic medicine, in conventional medicine a set of symptoms is frequently labeled a disease -- high cholesterol is a disease or pain is a disease, or a brain chemistry imbalance is called a disease. It seems to me, from your explanations here, that naturopaths will always go at least one step further and say, what is the cause of this symptom? Does that mean that they have different names for diseases, or a different philosophy in naming them?
Dr. |
| And that is, if people come to see me, and come to see naturopathic doctors, in general they know what to expect -- they know they're not just going to get a pill. They know they're going to have to change their lives, so people who come to see us seem to be more willing to make the changes. And they're often pretty frustrated with what their experience has been with conventional medicine, so they're willing to make changes. |

Most nutrients prescribed by naturopathic doctors and orthomolecular physicians are available over the counter at a remarkably reasonable price when compared to prescribed drugs. They also carry little potential for the kind of side effects characteristic of drugs, which perpetuate illness, treating one symptom while creating another.
With less reliance on professional healthcare services and drug treatments, there is also less demand for clinics and hospitals to house these services and patients. |
| The term 'balanced' should apply only to combinations of natural foods - only to the naturopathic orthomolecular diet.
(Z) OPTIMUM ABSORPTION
Not only good food but also a healthy digestive system is essential for optimal health. Our digestive system needs to be working efficiently if we are to absorb nutrients so that they can get into the blood and tissues of the body and if we are to fend off environmental toxins and bacteria. |
